Just getting Ham Radio Deluxe setup here. Using two cables, one CI-V for rig control and one USB for data (sound card). See my blog post for all of the details: http://www.k0pir.us/icom-7300-ham-radio-deluxe-setup/
More later on DM780, psk31, RTTY (AFSK) and CW. Using two cables. It’s actually very easy and works really good with CW and RTTY (FSK). More software programs to come including N1MM Logger, N3FJP ACL, JT65-HF, WSJT-X and more.
I’m an Amateur Radio enthusiast. I love the hobby and experimenting with radios, antennas and software. I’m no expert, but I have a lot of fun. On my YouTube channel I upload videos mostly on the Icom 7300 and a multitude of Ham Radio software programs. I hope to inspire people to get involved in Amateur Radio. Have some fun!
