This video is about my Parks on the Air Activation expedition to three POTA Parks on August 20, 2021.
I activated the following parks:
K-3292 – Bear River State Park – Wyoming
K-5913 – Union Pacific Rail Trail – Utah
K-3088 – Rockport State Park – Utah
I made 133 QSOs from the three parks.
After this trip I earned two Parks on the Air awards doing this ham radio expedition. I earned my RADAR award for activating three parks in 24 hours and my Diamond Activator award for activating 50 unique references.
I used my Yaesu FT-857D transceiver and my Steppir Crank IR antenna and my Buddipole antenna.
