The summer NorCal SOTA meetup was held in Briones Park. After the meeteup, a few of us went up to activate Briones Hills, W6/NC-371. Since it was the CQ VHF contest weekend, I decided to bring my 6m and 2m gear up and do some contesting.
There wasn’t much activity, but I had fun anyways. Maybe next year there’ll be an opening on 6m during the contest. Or maybe I’ll have some FT8 working.
