Since his first trip to Barbados when he was 22, Chris Billings has wanted to go back to this Caribbean island. Now in retirement and with a long bucket list to check off, Chris WA7RAR has finally made it back to Barbados with his Parks on the Air ham radio gear in tow. Indeed, his portable radio activation trip has become an annual tradition.
