My contacts from my Parks On The Air (POTA) activation of K-7648 Chesapeake and Delaware Canal Conservation Area (Biddle Point Parking Area) between St. Georges and Delaware City, Delaware on 01/22/2022.

**POTA ENTITY NOTE: This Parks On The Air entity was originally labeled as the “Canal State Wildlife Area” by the POTA volunteers so being a resident of Delaware and a frequent visitor to this POTA entity, I contacted the map coordinator for Delaware (who actually lives in Virginia) and discussed why the name should be changed to reflect the correct name that the State of Delaware uses for this canal-wide area. I discovered after this activation that the name has now been changed on the POTA site to the “Chesapeake and Delaware Canal Conservation Area”. I am not sure when this change went live, but I’d like to thank Sean W4BKR for listening to me and making the change happen.

In the introduction to the video I added “Chesapeake and Delaware” to the previous POTA name, because that’s what it is. The Chesapeake and Delaware Canal. This is just my OCD popping out. And as mentioned above, I did not know of the name change until after the activation.**
